Cache Rocket Terms of Service
Effective Date:
January 15, 2026
Last Updated:
July 29, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("you", "User") and Cache Rocket ("Cache Rocket", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the Cache Rocket cache-warming, crawling, and API-warming platform. By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Definitions
Service:
The Cache Rocket platform, including the website, dashboard, crawler engine, cache warmers, API warmers, WordPress plugin, and any related content, services, and functionality made available through cache-rocket.com/.
User:
Any individual or entity that creates an account, accesses, or otherwise uses the Service.
Account:
Your personal or organizational account created through Cache Rocket to access the Service.
Crawling:
The automated process by which Cache Rocket requests URLs on a Verified Domain — pages, sitemaps, or API endpoints — to warm caches and collect performance data, at a frequency and concurrency that you configure.
Cache Warmer:
A configured job that repeatedly and automatically requests a set of URLs on a schedule so that CDN, reverse-proxy, application, or origin caches remain pre-populated ("warm").
API Warmer:
A configured job that issues automated HTTP requests against API or JSON endpoints you specify, for the same cache-warming purpose as a Cache Warmer.
Verified Domain:
Any hostname you have proven ownership or authorized control of via our domain verification process, and which is therefore eligible for crawling and warming under your account.
Hostname Validator:
The automated safeguard Cache Rocket applies to every crawl and warmer request, which normalizes each target hostname, rejects disallowed or unsafe hosts (including localhost, loopback and private-network addresses, and malformed hosts), and confirms the target matches a Verified Domain on your account before any request is sent.
Rate Limiter:
The automated, per-hostname traffic-shaping mechanism Cache Rocket applies to crawling and warming activity to pace outbound request volume; see the Rate Limiting and Traffic Safeguards section below.
Account Creation
Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
Keep your account information up-to-date.
Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Be solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account, including all crawling, cache-warming, and API-warming activity initiated from it.
Notify Cache Rocket immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
Eligibility
You are at least 18 years of age.
You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
If creating an account on behalf of an organization, you have the authority to bind the organization to these Terms.
Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time through the account settings or by contacting our support team.
Payments and Subscriptions
You agree to pay all applicable fees as per your chosen subscription plan.
Provide accurate billing information and authorize Cache Rocket to charge you for recurring payments.
Plan limits (such as crawl frequency, number of warmers, or verified domains) govern the maximum traffic the Service will generate on your behalf; usage beyond your plan may be throttled or require an upgrade.
Cache Rocket reserves the right to change pricing or introduce new charges for the Service at any time, with notice provided before changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
Subscription fees are non-refundable, except at Cache Rocket's discretion under specific circumstances.
Domain Verification
Adding a specified TXT record to your domain’s DNS.
Uploading a verification file to your domain’s root directory.
Emailing from a domain-related email address to authenticate ownership.
Use of Service
You will use the Service only for lawful purposes and only against Verified Domains.
You will not use the Service to infringe upon the rights of others, including intellectual property rights.
You will not attempt to access, tamper with, or disrupt any part of the Service’s infrastructure.
You will not attempt to bypass, spoof, or circumvent the Hostname Validator, rate limiting, or domain verification process.
You are solely responsible for ensuring your hosting, CDN, and origin infrastructure can safely absorb the crawl frequency, concurrency, and API-warmer volume you configure.
Prohibited Conduct
Use the Service to cache, crawl, or warm any hostname that you do not own or have express permission to manage.
Engage in any fraudulent or dece
